Deborah Iaffaldano

Deborah Iaffaldano has extensive work experience in healthcare administration and practice management. Deborah is currently serving as the Director of Insurance Operations at Xtend Healthcare, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Practice Manager at UroPartners LLC. from 2019 to 2020. Deborah also held the position of Clinical Staff Manager at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute from 2018 to 2019. Deborah's experience also includes serving as a Practice Manager II, Physical Therapy at The CORE Institute from 2015 to 2018. Deborah has also worked as a Practice Administrator at Advanced Womens Health Center from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Practice Management Services at Presence Health from 2011 to 2013. Deborah also worked as a Practice Manager at Women First OB/GYN from 2003 to 2011. Deborah has prior experience as an Owner at MedFirst from 1997 to 2002, as well as in managerial roles at Unicare/Wellpoint and HealthStar.

Deborah Iaffaldano obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English/Journalism from the University of Illinois, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. In 2011, they obtained the certification of CMPE - Certified Medical Practice Executive from the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).
