Jeffrey Lewis

Jeffrey Lewis has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in health information management and coding. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Vice President of HIM Operations and Coding at Xtend Healthcare, LLC since July 2022. Prior to their current role, Jeffrey worked at Ardent Health Services as the AVP of Hospital and Professional Fee Coding from September 2017 to June 2022. Before that, they held various positions at himagine solutions inc., including Senior Manager of Compliance and Quality Audit Services from March 2007 to September 2017, and National ICD-10 Project Manager. Jeffrey also worked as a Coding Manager at PHNS from 2002 to 2007 and as a Senior Coding Consultant at Coding Concepts from 1999 to 2001. Jeffrey began their career as a Coder at Crittenton Hospital in September 1993.

Jeffrey Lewis, RHIA, CDIP, CCS completed their Associate Degree in Health Information Management at Baker College Business and Corporate Services from 1990 to 1993. Jeffrey later pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Information Management at Davenport University from 2009 to 2011.
