Kelly Lynch

Kelly Lynch has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kelly started their career at HMR Healthcare Management Resources as a Certified Patient Account Representative from 2000 to 2005. Kelly then worked at Citadel Outsource Group as a Commercial and Government Biller from 2005 to 2010, where they successfully reduced error claims and managed various billing responsibilities. Kelly then joined MedAssets as a Supervisor from 2010 to 2013, where they analyzed clients' accounts receivable inventory and implemented policies to improve billing processes and account resolution. Kelly later joined Xtend Healthcare, Inc as a Billing Manager from 2013 to 2015, where they provided billing and reporting services for multiple clients and communicated directly with senior management. Currently, Kelly is the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Xtend Healthcare, LLC, a role they have held since 2015. In this position, they oversee various accounts receivable recovery activities, manages a large team, and sets standards to achieve project goals.

Kelly Lynch attended Volunteer State Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In addition, Kelly obtained the certifications of CRCR in 2015 and CPAR in 2002.
