Karen Crowell

Karen Crowell has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Dress Sales associate at Dillard's Inc. In 2015, they began working as a 911 Dispatcher for the Pima County Sheriff's Department and was asked to teach new hires the "How to Handle Difficult Callers" class. In 2018, they joined Cardinal Health as a Warehouse Associate, picking, packing, and shipping medical products to customers in the Rocky Mountain area. In 2019, they joined Lewan Technology as an Account Executive, finding and gaining new market share via business-to-business sales while nurturing current accounts. In 2020, they joined XTIVIA, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager, excelling in full-cycle technical recruiting and exceeding their annual sales goals.

Karen Crowell obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona between 2011 and 2015.
