Ria C.

Ria C. is a UI/UX Designer at Xugar, specializing in Conversion-Centered Design using Figma to enhance client engagement and conversions. Ria also serves as the Creatives Lead for DICE, managing a team to produce marketing materials, and is a co-founder of a student-led tech community in Davao. As a Core Volunteer and Creatives Head for DEVCON Davao, Ria supervises creative strategies for events, while previous experiences include web design at WillowCress™ Consulting and social media specialization at Protellus. Ria led the Google Developer Student Clubs initiative for Southeast Asia, founded GDSC Mapúa-MCM, and interned at Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a background in animation.
