Jason Haines has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. Jason currently works as an Information Technology Manager at Xwing, starting in September 2022. Previously, they served as an IT Manager at Leia Inc. from December 2017 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Disney Interactive as an IT | Network Analyst, responsible for managing and monitoring the internal network infrastructure from August 2012 to October 2017.

Before joining Disney Interactive, Jason worked as a Network Administrator at Karuk Tribe from February 2012 to August 2012. Jason also owned their own computer consulting firm, Jason Haines Computer Consulting, from November 2010 to August 2012. Other roles include Admin/Management at Woolgatherer Carding Mill from June 2009 to November 2010, and as the Owner of Repus Technologies from January 2002 to June 2009.

In addition, Jason co-founded and served as the Owner of piratetheworld.com, an online MMORPG, where they were responsible for various tasks such as conceptual development, web design, marketing, customer service, and general operations. The game was sold approximately a year after its launch.

Earlier in their career, Jason worked as an Office Manager at Richter Scale Real Estate from July 2001 to July 2002, and as an IT/Web Specialist at blue-silicon from November 2000 to July 2001.

Jason Haines completed their high school education at Weed High School from 1997 to 2000, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on General studies. In addition to their formal education, Jason has also obtained two certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" course offered by Coursera. The following year, in 2018, they obtained the "Everyday Parenting: The ABCs of Child Rearing" certification, also through Coursera.
