Jean-Pierre Gressin has an extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Jean-Pierre began their career in 2000 as a Software Engineer at Scipher plc, where they developed the best Audio Watermarking Technology in the world used in MP3 music files. In 2001, they founded and became the CEO of Audio Business, a start-up based in London that aimed to develop and commercialise a state-of-the-Art Audio & Acoustic technology of sound recognition. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Air France and Sagem Mobile, respectively. In 2005, they joined IDEMIA as Head of Business Development, Alliances & Partnerships, where they created global Partnerships & Strategic Alliances activity to grow sales of Solutions & Services. From 2013 to 2015, they held the roles of Business Development Director and International Sales Director at Ingenico Group and Country Manager at Invaluable, respectively. Finally, in 2018, they joined Jabil as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and in 2022 they became the Chief Revenue Officer at XXII.

Jean-Pierre Gressin has a diverse educational background. Jean-Pierre obtained a Master's Degree in Telecommunications and Microelectronics from Grenoble INP - Phelma in 1997-2000 and an Associate Degree in Physics and Mathematics from Université Paris-Saclay in 1995-1997. Jean-Pierre also attended the University of Westminster from 2001-2003, studying Portuguese and Spanish, and the University of Cambridge from 2001-2002, studying Business Startup, Legal, and Finance. In 2008, they attended INSEAD to study Partnerships and Strategic Alliances. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Harvard University, Yale University, and The Johns Hopkins University. In 2021-2022, they are currently enrolled in Harvard University to study Leadership.
