Swati Kalra

Swati Kalra is currently the VP of Strategy and Operations at XYB by Monese, where she oversees strategy and global operations for the Banking as a Service business. Previously, she worked as an Advisory Partner at Penser and as the VP of Operations at Twig, where she focused on building a bank based on circular economy. Swati also has experience at Monese and Morgan Stanley, where she held various leadership positions in product, technology, and strategic operations. She holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
