Jodykay Lowers

Jodykay Lowers is an accomplished internal audit leader with extensive experience spanning over a decade in roles at Xylem and Pitney Bowes, as well as RSM US LLP. Currently serving as Vice President & Chief Auditor at Xylem, Jodykay oversees the Global Internal Audit function, emphasizing transparency and collaboration while providing strategic leadership in audit strategies and risk management. Previous positions include Senior Director and Director of Internal Audit, where Jodykay managed teams and ensured compliance with internal controls and industry standards. Jodykay began a career in auditing with foundational roles at RSM US LLP, progressing from Audit Associate to Senior Audit Associate. Jodykay holds a Master of Science in Public Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John's University.
