Tirtha Santra is a Process Consultant at Y-Axis Overseas Careers since March 2024, where responsibilities include coordinating with clients to analyze career plans and gather comprehensive information about their professional background. Previously, Tirtha served as an Operation Executive at The 10x Academy from June 2022 to February 2024, facilitating the hiring process for mentors and mock interviewers while streamlining their onboarding through orientations and training materials.
