Nick McMullan

Nicolas McMullan is a Senior Legal Analyst at Y Combinator, where responsibilities include conducting due diligence on approximately 100 startups annually and managing the distribution of around $50 million in investor funds, along with guiding startup founders through various seed stage legal concerns. McMullan previously interned at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, PLLC, conducting legal research on significant litigation cases. While an undergraduate at Bates College, McMullan maintained a position on the dean's list throughout four years, majoring in Political Economy and contributing as a videographer for The Bates Campaign's fundraising efforts. Additional experience includes marketing internships at BattleFin Ensemble and a legislative internship with the City of Berkeley, where successful municipal legislation was developed.
