David Shuler

Co-Founder at Y2X

David Shuler has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1985 when they served as a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State. David received multiple awards for their work, including a Superior Honor Award. In 1999, they joined Goldman Sachs as a VP, where they were responsible for advising the President/COO on strategy and developments, administering the firmwide Management Committee, and serving on the global Sovereign Relations Task Force. In 2004, they joined the New York Stock Exchange Euronext as SVP and Chief of Staff, where they were part of the leadership team that transformed the NYSE from a not-for-profit membership organization to a multi-product company. During this time, they were responsible for corporate strategy, developing new businesses, and establishing and operating the NYSE Euronext Board and Management Committee. In 2009, they became a Board Director of Imarex, representing the largest shareholder on the Board, and also became Managing Director of Corporate Development and Finance at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. In 2015, they joined Paxos as Managing Director, responsible for business development and relationship management. In 2018, they co-founded Y2X ~ Global Partnership, a technology driven platform that identifies, finances, and incubates the next generation of transformative ideas and businesses globally. In 2020, they co-founded Y2X Life Sciences, a team of entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, and financial experts with a goal of designing and developing reliable, affordable, and safe disinfectant solutions. Finally, in 2022, they co-founded Life Rewards, a Web 3.0 travel, experience and event booking/ticketing engine.

David Shuler attended Dartmouth College from 1980 to 1984, where they earned an AB in Government.
