Sarah Mian

Sarah Mian has over ten years of work experience in the Human Resources and Retail industries. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Salesperson at Gateau AB and Zara. In 2013, they were promoted to Store Manager at Gateau AB. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Staffing & Recruitment Assistant at Academic Work Sweden. In 2017, they returned to Gateau AB as a HR-Generalist, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and developing HR routines. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Global and Nordic HR Business Partner at GANT, where they were responsible for HR projects and creating and facilitating trainings. Since 2021, they have been working as an HR Consultant Onsite Solutions HR at KPMG Sweden, where they provide support within areas such as HR Business Partner, Manager support/coaching, Labour law, Digitalization, Project Management, Re-organizations, Employer branding, and Customized trainings. Sarah is currently the Interim Human Resources Consultant (Via KPMG) at Yabie and the Interim HR Business Partner (via KPMG) at Voi Technology and Kry.

Sarah Mian began their education in 2007, when they attended Viktor Rydbergs gymnasium and obtained their Gymnasieexamen in Samhällsvetenskap. In 2013, they took individual courses in Psychology at San Diego State University. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Södertörn University and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology, 180hp.
