Pip Halsey

Pip Halsey currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA at Yahoo, leading the regional Talent Acquisition team since September 2022. Halsey is also a member of the RL100 network, which connects strategic in-house resourcing leaders. Previous roles include Global Head of Talent at Napier, where significant achievements included a 48% reduction in time to hire and over £800k in agency cost savings. Halsey has extensive experience in recruitment management across various companies, including a directorial position at Halsey-Pass Consulting and senior recruitment roles at Macquarie Group, Quilter Investors, HSBC, Sky, Markit, and Barclays Bank. Halsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from the University of Derby and has a strong educational background with A Levels and GCSEs from Dr Challoners High School and Holy Cross Convent, respectively.
