Rattaya 'Chow' Yalamanchili, PhD, PE has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rattaya 'Chow' is currently serving as the CEO of Yalamanchili International Pte Ltd, where they oversee the day-to-day activities of the organization and services clients globally. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the COO, responsible for managing operations and implementing projects across Europe, Americas, Middle East, and Africa. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they held the position of Chief Innovation and Efficiency Officer, where they were responsible for various aspects of business development, project management, and personnel management with an emphasis on long-term business strategy and risk management.

From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at BMI Defense Systems, where they provided leadership to the Engineering Department and oversaw product engineering and prototype development activities.

Before their time at BMI Defense Systems, Dr. Yalamanchili worked at Jacobs Technology from 2005 to 2010, where they served as the Director of the Science, Engineering, and Analysis Services (SEAS) Department. In this role, they provided strategic vision and direction for the department and offered technical and project management support to projects related to human space flight programs.

Prior to Jacobs Technology, Dr. Yalamanchili worked at Lynntech, Inc. from 2000 to 2005 as the Chief Engineer and Senior Research Scientist. Here, they managed project teams and multiple projects simultaneously, while also starting and leading a Mechanical Engineering and Design Group.

Dr. Yalamanchili's career began in 1995 at Innovative Design and Development, Inc. where they served as Principal. During their time at the company, they provided product development services and built a profitable consulting business.

Before entering the industry, Dr. Yalamanchili worked at the University of Pittsburgh from 1985 to 1996 as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. In this role, they taught various engineering courses and conducted research in areas such as non-Newtonian fluid mechanisms and granular materials.

Rattaya 'Chow' also earned a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Chemical Engineering from Anna University. Additionally, they have been certified as a Professional Engineer by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
