Maxim Trubachenko

Maxim Trubachenko is an experienced project and delivery manager with a strong background in leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects across various industries. Currently serving as Delivery Manager and Head of Delivery Unit at Yalantis since November 2020, Maxim drives growth and excellence within the delivery unit. Prior experience includes roles at Sigma Software Group, where Maxim optimized project efficiencies for a travel startup and delivered a successful research project, and at RubyGarage, where expertise in Agile project management and product ownership was developed. Maxim also managed the porting of the award-winning mobile game Life Is Strange at Black Wing Foundation and oversaw architectural lighting projects at Expolight. Early career involved teaching English, French, and Italian at English Club SAM. Maxim holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University and pursued further education at the University of Oxford.
