Leeann Miller

Leeann Miller is the current Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer at Yale New Haven Health. Leeann has over twenty years of experience in the field of pharmacy, and their previous positions include Associate Director of Pharmacy Services at Yale New Haven Hospital and Manager of Drug Use Policy and Drug Procurement at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Miller graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy in 1996 and completed a pharmacy practice residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital in 1997. Leeann is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist and a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Leeann Miller's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from West Virginia University. Leeann continued their education at Shenandoah University, where they earned their Doctor of Pharmacy degree in Clinical Pharmacy. After completing their PharmD, Miller enrolled in a Masters of Science program in Pharmaceutical Systems and Policy at West Virginia University. Finally, they completed an Executive Education program at Yale School of Management, earning a degree in Strategic Agility and Innovation.
