Alejandro Gonzalez

Alejandro Gonzalez is an experienced Events Director at Code Haven, where responsibilities include organizing events for mentors, students, and local educators, and leading a team of over 80 mentors focused on providing inclusive computer science education to middle schoolers in New Haven. Alejandro's background encompasses roles as a Software Engineer Intern at Snap Inc. and Amazon, Teaching Assistant at Yale University, and Undergraduate Researcher at Yale's Integrative Cardiac Biomechanics Laboratory. Additionally, Alejandro has experience in organizing educational programs for low-income students in Colombia and has been actively involved in the Yale Latinx Business and Leadership Student Association as a Cohort Member. Alejandro is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics at Yale University, and previous academic experiences include advanced studies at the University of Cambridge and The Johns Hopkins University.
