Ben McManus

Ben McManus is an experienced Academic HR Support Specialist at Yale University, serving since September 2001 in the School of Engineering and Applied Science. Responsibilities include managing faculty searches, appointments, reappointments, and the hiring of postdoctoral researchers and student workers, along with facilitating international visa processes. Additionally, Ben has supported the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering since 2004 as an Assistant to the Department Chair and participates in the inaugural Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee. Prior roles include administrative support in the Department of Electrical Engineering, serving as a Minister at The Order of One, and facilitating a Men's Circle at Hidden Gem on Main. Ben's background also includes office management at Good Work Associates and experience as a Loan Packager at Washington Mutual. Ben holds a BA in Sociology from Yale University and a diploma from The Lawrenceville School.
