Kelly Chen

Kelly Chen is a Senior Benefits and Absence Analyst at Yale University since October 2021. Prior to that, Kelly worked as an Ancillary Marketing Analyst, Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services from April 2018 to October 2021. With previous experience as a Benefits Specialist at Mutual of America, Kelly has a strong background in reviewing and calculating benefits on LTD claims and administering group plans. Kelly also has experience as an Enrollment Counselor at MAXIMUS and as an Administrative Assistant at NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Stony Brook University.
