Misha Semënov-Leiva is a Senior Architect and Sustainability Coordinator at Centerbrook Architects and Planners since July 2019, while also serving as a Lecturer at Yale University for the course "Ornamenting Architecture: Cosmos, Nature, Neuroaesthetics" since August 2019. In addition, Misha holds the position of Adjunct Faculty at the University of Hartford's Department of Architecture, co-instructing courses on ornament design and fabrication since August 2022. Misha previously contributed as the Institutional Lead for the Yale Chapter of the Nature, Health, and Built Environment Research Group and managed the Graduate Affiliate Program at Trumbull College, Yale University. Other notable experiences include teaching assistance roles at Yale School of Architecture, co-founding Urban Canopy Parklet, LLC, and internships at KVA matx and Sasaki. Misha holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Environmental Management and a Master of Architecture from Yale University, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Princeton University.
