Erick Katamba

Erick Katamba is an experienced professional in fisheries and aquaculture, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Yalelo Uganda since November 2020, focusing on environmental protection, sustainable tilapia breeding, and stock management. Previously, Erick worked as a Youth Volunteer with the Kampala Capital City Authority, where responsibilities included aquaculture engineering and community outreach for poverty eradication. Earlier roles include Fisheries Technical Officer, emphasizing aquatic wildlife conservation and water resource management, and Research Assistant, contributing to brood stock management and breeding practices. Erick holds multiple degrees from Makerere University, including a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Aquaculture, as well as a certificate in International Organizations Management from the University of Geneva.
