Kahingi Frank

KAHINGI Frank is an experienced professional in the fisheries sector, currently serving as a Quality Control Officer at Yalelo Uganda since June 2020. Frank has held multiple roles within the company, including Quality Control Supervisor, Processing Supervisor, and Graduate Trainee, focusing on fish brood stock management, tilapia breeding, fish feeding, biosecurity, and water quality monitoring. Recently, Frank completed an internship as a Lake Operations Improvement Consultant at Yalelo Zambia, where responsibilities included enhancing fish counting efficiency, developing standard operating procedures, and improving feed logistics. Prior experiences include serving as Station Manager at Kawaida Filling Station and Station Supervisor at DON Uganda Ltd. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture from Makerere University and has completed ISO:22000 awareness and internal audit training at Bureau Veritas Business School.
