Larissa Willrich 🏳️🌈

Larissa Willrich has worked with various companies over the years in different roles. Larissa started their career as a Monitor in Audiovisuals at FAE Centro Universitário in 2018. Larissa later worked as an Intern in Social Media at Ecoa Mídia e Arte in 2019. Larissa'swork experience then led their to BRF, where they were a UX Writer from 2021 to 2022, reviewing communication development processes for internal and external chatbots, developing usability guidelines and tone of voice for each chatbot, among other technical writing tasks. In the same company, they were a UX/Tech Writing Intern from 2020 to 2021, producing and developing UX and Tech Writing, and supporting projects in the areas of Digital Lab and Change Management. From 2022 to the present, they joined Compass UOL as a UX Writer on their Livelo Marketplace Chatbots project, developing conversational strategies and analyzing the user experience. In 2023, they will work as a Conversational Designer for Yalo.

Larissa Willrich 🏳️‍🌈 earned a Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda from FAE Centro Universitário in 2021. In 2023-2024, they pursued a postgraduate degree in User Experience Design and Beyond at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. In terms of additional certifications, Larissa has ongoing professional development in User Experience (UX) Writing, Emotional Intelligence, Financial Intelligence, and Human Hacks. Larissa also earned a certificate in Adote uma Causa from GRPCOM | Grupo Paranaense de Comunicação in 2018.
