Pedro Henrique Contin

Pedro Henrique Contin has over 9 years of experience in Human Resources and People Operations. Pedro Henrique began their career as a Global Mobility Intern at Whirlpool Corporation in 2012, where they continued to work until 2018 in various roles such as Compensation Analyst and Senior Analyst in HR Intelligence. In 2019, they joined WeWork as a People Operations Manager Latam, where they were responsible for managing and implementing HR policies and practices across the region. Pedro Henrique was later promoted to HR Business Partner - Sales and Product Latam in 2020 and HR Business Partner in 2021. In 2023, they joined Yalo as a Senior People Operations Manager.

Pedro Henrique Contin began their education in 2009 at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP, where they pursued and completed an Engineer’s degree in Engenharia de Controle e Automação in 2014. In pursuit of higher education, they went on to attend the University of Regina in 2013 and attained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronical Systems Engineering in 2014. In 2017, Pedro enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas to pursue a Pós Graduação in Administration de Empresas, which they completed in 2018.
