Reinhold Normanns has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as Support Engineer II at Yalo since June 2021. Previously, Reinhold worked at UBIQUO LABS as Ingeniero de Soporte Nivel 1, where responsibilities included technical assistance for corporate messaging service integration, customer training, and database management. Reinhold's earlier experience includes a role as Analista Electrónico at Ingenio Magdalena S.A., focusing on electronic instrument repair and maintenance, along with developing a telemetry system for irrigation monitoring. Reinhold began in technical support at UBIQUO LABS, gaining proficiency in database management and server monitoring. Reinhold holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and completed coursework in Computer Engineering at the same institution.
