Silvina Moschini has an extensive work experience in various industries. Silvina is currently the Founder, President, and Chairwoman of Unicoins, a cryptocurrency company that aims to provide a smarter investment option for investors while supporting entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they co-founded TransparentBusiness, a technology solutions company focused on business transparency and workforce management. Moschini also founded SheWorks!, a digital platform that promotes gender diversity in employment by connecting women with job opportunities and training. Additionally, they served as an Executive Producer and Unicorn Hunter in Chief at Unicorn Hunters, a platform that connects emerging growth companies with individual investors. Moschini also founded Yandiki | Creative Talent in the Cloud, a platform for connecting companies with creative professionals. Silvina has been a mentor for Google Launchpad and Google AI for Impact Accelerator. Moschini has been recognized as an internet and technology expert, providing insights and expertise on technology trends on various networks. Silvina was a Founder of Intuic, a company focused on digital marketing strategies, and has held a VP of Corporate Communications role at Visa.

Silvina Moschini completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from UADE. Silvina then went on to the University of Houston, where they obtained their Master's degree in Public Relations and Communications. In 2010, they attended Libera Universita di Lingue e Comunicazione IULM to study Web Communications & Social Media. Furthermore, from 2016 to 2016, they participated in the Endeavor Strategic Growth Program at Stanford University, focusing on Exponential Growth. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, they pursued the Latino Growth Leadership Program at Stanford University, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
