John Eggers

John Eggers has extensive experience in the restaurant and beverage industry, currently serving in online sales at Yankee Spirits since November 2017. Previously, John held the position of General Manager at The Ninety Nine from June 2009 to January 2018 and worked as Regional Director at Uno Chicago Grill, where responsibilities included full P&L management for eight locations with sales exceeding $20 million. Between 1988 and 2006, John contributed as Senior Operations Manager at Piccadilly Pub Restaurants, facilitating the expansion of the business from four to fourteen locations in New England. John's career began as a manager at Piccadilly Pubs from 1983 to 1988. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 1974 and 1979.
