Dave Dove is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and planning. Currently serving as the Finance & Sales Planning and Analysis Manager at OrthoLite since September 2017, Dave has previously held multiple senior financial roles at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. since June 1993, where significant achievements include managing revenue budgets for over 550 retail stores and creating an optimal staffing model that aligned with a $60 million payroll budget. Dave's career also includes leadership positions at Summit Ice Company between January 2010 and January 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
