Michael Kolodziej

Michael Kolodziej has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Equipment & Facilities Manager and Operations Leader at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc., since April 1998. In this role, Michael focuses on training, developing, and supervising employees, while maintaining up-to-date records related to training, performance, and time management, all within a proactive and safe work environment. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Senior Operations Leader at Yankee Candle from May 2021 to May 2022. Michael's education includes attendance at Holyoke Community College.
