Claudia Manrique

Claudia Manrique has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Claudia currently holds the position of Head People & Culture at Yape since August 2022. Previously, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they served as a Client Development Manager from December 2021 to July 2022, an Engagement Manager from May 2019 to December 2021, and an Associate from August 2016 to May 2019. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Claudia worked as a Business Analyst at the same company from March 2012 to March 2014. Claudia also gained experience as an Analista de Contraloría Corporativa at Interbank from September 2010 to November 2011.

Claudia Manrique received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Economics at Universidad del Pacífico (PE) from 2005 to 2010.
