Héctor Cisneros Moncloa has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Héctor started their career in 2008 as a Product Manager at Supermercados Peruanos S.A. and then worked as a General Merchandising Manager at adidas group from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they founded Ecovida Perú and served as its General Manager. Héctor then joined Paris as a Product Manager in the Sports category from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Héctor worked at Beat as a Customer Experience Lead for LATAM and later became the Regional Head of Customer Experience. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Service at Yape since November 2022.
