Petek Taga

Petek Taga has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Petek started their career at Yapı Kredi in 2006 as a Senior HR BP, where they worked until 2010. Petek then moved on to UniCredit, where they served as the Head of HR BP from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they joined Yapı Kredi Teknoloji in 2014 as the CHRO, a role they held until 2019. In 2018, they returned to Yapı Kredi as the HR/Organizational Development Vice President and later became the HR Executive Vice President, responsible for Strategic HR, Talent&EX, Organizational Development, and Academy.

Petek Taga completed the Mini MBA Program in Business Administration and Management at Koç University in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Baskent University from 1999 to 2003, studying Economics in English. Petek received their earlier education at TED Ankara Koleji, from 1992 to 1998. Petek Taga also obtained certifications, including the Agile Leadership Program from Harvard University and the TTI Success Insights / Assessor Certificate.
