Evelien de Visser

Evelien de Visser possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Since February 2010, Evelien has served as the Voorzitter of the RCF at Yara Sluiskil, overseeing the umbrella organization for employee associations. Concurrently, Evelien is a Board Member at Dockwize, an innovation hub, and has been involved with Bio Base Europe Coöperatie (BBEC) as a member of the Raad van toezicht since April 2017, contributing to competence development in the industry. In their role as Senior HR Manager at Yara International, starting in August 2005, Evelien leads the HR team for the Netherlands, focusing on streamlining both local and global HR processes for an organization comprising approximately 800 employees. Evelien's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Studies from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
