Karinda Rogan

Karinda Rogan has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Karinda is currently the Head of HR - Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition at Yarra Trams since April 2022. Previously, they were the Human Resources Business Leader at Sydney Airport from October 2020 to March 2022. Karinda also worked as a Project Manager at Transport for NSW in August and September 2020. Before that, they had a long tenure at Qantas, where they held positions as a Project Manager from June 2018 to July 2020 and as an Industrial Relations Manager from July 2015 to June 2018. Prior to Qantas, they worked as a Consultant, Management Consulting Executive Manager, and People Manager at KPMG Australia from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they have held HR roles at Futuris Automotive, Pacific Brands, and Trio People Solutions.

Karinda Rogan completed their Bachelor of Business degree with a focus in Human Resources at Victoria University from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma of Education in Business Studies at Monash University from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they obtained their MBA from Melbourne Business School, completing it from 2008 to 2013.
