Lucy Townsend

Lucy Townsend is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including aerospace and humanitarian organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at YASA since October 2022, Lucy previously held the position of Head of People at Animal Dynamics Limited, where bio-inspired engineering solutions were delivered. Lucy's background includes significant roles at the University of Oxford as HR Manager, responsible for the HR service in the Department of Engineering Science, and as HR Adviser at Oxfam, providing consultancy and guidance on employment legislation and best practices. Earlier career experiences include roles at Oxfordshire County Council and various HR positions, showcasing a strong foundation in HR functions.
