Joseph Kleczkowski Jr.

Joseph Kleczkowski Jr. serves as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Yaskawa America, Inc. in the Drives & Motion Division since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team of six operations engineers focused on continuous improvement, new product launches, and production support. Previously, Joseph held several roles at Ecolab from January 2011 to August 2016, including Quality Engineer and Production Supervisor, addressing field complaints and leading regulatory audits. Early career experiences include internships at Woodward, Inc. and Rockford Toolcraft, where Joseph worked on engineering design projects and tool organization. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
