Doug Burnside

Doug Burnside has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Doug started their career in 1990 as a Manager at MCI WorldCom in the Wholesale Services department, where they worked until 1995. Doug then joined Qwest Communications in 1997 as a Senior Manager in Customer Fulfillment. After that, Doug worked at Arel W2Com from 2000 to 2005 as a Director of Operations. In 2005, they joined Yaskawa Motoman as a Senior Director, and later became the Senior Director of Customer Care. In 2015, Doug joined Yaskawa America Inc. - Motoman Robotics Division as the Vice President of the Customer Satisfaction Group. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing at Yaskawa Motoman.
