Bouchra Idri

Bouchra Idri's work experience includes several roles in different companies. Bouchra is currently working as the Marketing Manager for France and West Africa at Yassir (YC W20), where they focus on countries such as Ivory Coast, Benin, and Togo. Yassir is a leading super app for on-demand and payment services in the Maghreb region backed by VCs from Silicon Valley, Europe, and other parts of the world.

Prior to their current position, Bouchra worked as a Consultant for formation at BI Consulting. Bouchra also served as a Member of the Council at the European Chamber of Commerce in Benin (Eurocham / CCEB) from 2020 to 2022.

Before that, they held roles at Havas as a Trainer and later as the Director of Strategy. Bouchra was also a Chargée de mission Politique et Communication auprès de l'Ambassade de France au Bénin at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.

Bouchra's previous experience includes working as a PR Consultant for Africa at Hopscotch Africa, Communications Manager at Histoires vraies de Méditerranée, and Project Communications Manager at EHESS - École des hautes études en sciences sociales.

Bouchra started their career as a Communications Manager at Aflam - Cinémas arabes.
