Nassim Bentaya

Nassim Bentaya has over five years of experience in e-commerce and operations management. Nassim is currently the Director of Operations at Yassir, a Rocket Internet company. Previously, they were the Head of Operations at Jumia Services, Rocket Internet's e-commerce platform in Africa. Nassim has also worked as a Logistics Performance Manager and a Logistics Manager at Jumia and Rocket Internet, respectively. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the operational quality and cost, recruiting and managing local operations teams, defining and driving action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders, and delivering measurable results in operational quality, speed and lead time performance, and cost. Nassim has also launched and implemented new projects to optimize operations in the country.
