Roya Elghanian

Roya Elghanian has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Roya is the founder of Luv Roya, an agency for artists and a company that creates music and wellness experiences. Through Luv Roya, they support artists and organizes musical events worldwide. Additionally, Roya has worked as a Global Experience Designer for Yayem, where they create partnerships and designs experiences for members. Roya also worked with Playground Travel as a Concierge, curating unique travel experiences for groups. Roya founded Worldwide Helpers, a non-profit social network connecting volunteers with projects around the world. Roya has also worked as a Concierge at Playa Mambo and managed Absolute Studios as a Studio Owner. Furthermore, Roya has experience as an Events Producer for Magic of Persia, working on global events and fostering partnerships with notable brands.

Roya Elghanian pursued their education with a bachelor's degree in European Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London, from 1996 to 2000. Roya then continued their academic journey by enrolling in City, University of London, where they obtained a master's degree in Investment Management. Recently, in 2019, Roya Elghanian joined Cornell University to explore the field of Hospitality Management 360 but did not specifically mention pursuing a degree there.
