Phil Hull

Phil Hull has over 23 years of project management, construction, and inspection experience. He has supervised blended management teams overseeing the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), Federal and Local Agency projects. Work locations include mountain corridors and urban and rural areas. Local Agency experience includes the City of Denver, the City of Golden, the City of Westminster, and the Town of Castle Rock. Phil also has past experience serving as Project Engineer on CDOT projects. These include project management award-winners along mountain interstate corridors.
