VP, Customer Success at Yellowbrick

Lisa Krueger is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Yellowbrick. Lisa has also held the position of Director - Customer Success at Couchbase from January 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Lisa was the Regional Director, Customer Success - East at DataStax from January 2018 to May 2020. Before that, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Talend from January 2017 to December 2018. Lisa Krueger has also worked as an ERP-PBCS Customer Success Manager at Oracle from January 2008 to December 2017. Her very first job was as a Principal at Chatton Corporation from January 1999 to December 2008. Throughout their many years of experience, Lisa has proven to be a reliable and hardworking employee with a passion for customer success.

Lisa Krueger started their educational career by obtaining a BS in marketing from St. Cloud State University. Lisa then went on to obtain two masters degrees, one in information technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and one in business administration from the same school.

Their manager is Neil Carson, CEO and co-founder. Lisa Krueger works with Mark Cusack - CTO, Marc Fields - SVP, Global Sales, and Jason Snodgress - COO.
