Shane B. has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Shane started their career as an Equipment Assistant & Game Day Assistant for the Green Bay Packers, where they gained experience in a high-energy environment and successfully executed tasks for professional football athletes.

Shane then transitioned to become a Partnered Content Creator on YouTube, where they created gaming-centric videos and executed sales campaigns for brands using bespoke video and social content.

Shane joined Machinima next, where they held multiple roles over the years. As a Partnerships & Talent Manager, they led partnerships with over 2,200 YouTube creators, contributing to the long-term revenue growth of the Machinima MCN. Then, as a Director of Content Programming & Brand Management for the Realm brand, they managed all aspects of the brand including talent management, content development, programming and social media strategies, and budgetary management. Shane also collaborated with sales, integrated marketing, and talent teams to implement data-driven content and campaign strategies for the Machinima audience.

After Machinima, Shane worked at 3BLACKDOT as a Senior Talent Manager, being the primary point-of-contact and representation for high-profile influencers. Shane worked comprehensively with internal teams, responding to talent integration and campaign requests and executing approved projects.

Following that, at Branded Entertainment Network, Shane served as a Senior Account Manager, acting as the key point of contact for multiple clients in the gaming ecosystem. Shane successfully managed over 40 creator campaigns totaling nearly $9,500,000, with a focus on YouTube, Twitch, and short-format platforms. Shane also led daily communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on project statuses, campaign strategies, and vision for upcoming opportunities.

Most recently, Shane joined YELLOWPIKE MEDIA as the Director of Accounts, although the start date for this role is in 2023.

Shane B. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a minor in History of Medicine from the University of Minnesota. Shane attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Shane B. also obtained a certification in YouTube Certified: Audience Development & Digital Rights Management from YouTube in 2013.
