Nir Kedem

Nir Kedem has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nir started their career as the Chief Food Technologist at Strauss Group Inc., working at Elite Instant Coffee. Nir then worked at Tnuva as the Quality Director in Haifa/Alon Tavor Dairy, responsible for handling quality management systems and customer complaints. Following that, they joined F & C Licoric Ltd. as the Director of Operations at Fitness R US Ltd. & VP Research and Development at the Group, where they managed supply chain operations and developed new products. Nir then served as the VP Technology and Quality at Sanlakol-Yakin Ltd., overseeing technology management, supplier management, and product quality. Nir later joined Cham 2000 Food Industries (Limited Partnership) as the VP of Operations and Technology, where they focused on managing operations, reducing costs, and improving production processes. Afterward, they worked as an Industry Consultant and Accompanied, providing consulting services to various companies. Most recently, they served as the Director of Development & Quality at Atifit, where they led development and quality assurance for a plastics industrial company. Nir is currently the Vice President of Operations at Yemoja Ltd.

Nir Kedem has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Derby, which was earned from 2006 to 2008. Nir also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Food Science and Technology from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, obtained from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they have a high school diploma from ORT Colleges, which they completed from 1976 to 1982.
