Gabry de Buck has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1998, Gabry worked as an Intermediary at Randstad. They then worked as a Sales Assistant at UCC in 1999. From 2000 to 2008, Gabry held various roles at CSS Professional Resources, including Field Manager and Professional Development Manager within IBM. In 2008, Gabry worked as a Field Manager and HR Consultant at Qmagic, where they provided analysis and advice on employee staffing and HR planning. During the same year, Gabry also worked as an HR Advisor and Recruiter at PDM, responsible for setting up the HR organization and recruiting international professionals. From 2009 to 2011, Gabry worked at IP-Solutions as an HR Advisor and Recruiter, implementing HR systems and recruiting technical professionals in the oil and gas industry. In 2003, Gabry worked as a CSR Auditor at Intertek, conducting third-party audits for multinational companies. From 2008 to 2013, Gabry worked as an HR Business Partner at HZCR, where they developed HR policies and strategies for a hyperbaric oxygen center. In 2014, Gabry worked as a Photographer at SmartHOTEL b.v., specializing in interior design photography for hotels. Currently, Gabry works at Yenlo as a Human Resource Manager, responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, and professionalizing internal HR processes for the global market.
Gabry de Buck completed their secondary education at Oosterlichtcollege Nieuwegein between 1984 and 1990. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Amsterdam from 1990 to 1992, receiving a Propedeuse. Following this, Gabry de Buck furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology, with a specialization in Culture, Organization, and Management from Utrecht University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
