Maikel van Amelsfort

Maikel van Amelsfort started their work experience at Datacon in 2001 as a Software Engineer, working on web applications using classic ASP, Visual Basic, and SQL Server. Over the years, they progressed to become a Senior Integration Consultant, specializing in developing and maintaining integration layers between different business software applications and enabling API services.

In 2015, Maikel van Amelsfort transitioned to the role of Integration Consultant at Datacon, where they further honed their skills in integrating various on-premise and cloud applications. Maikel was responsible for ensuring a flexible, maintainable, and clear platform for efficient communication between different systems.

With the merger of Datacon and Yenlo, Maikel van Amelsfort continued their work as a Senior Integration Consultant at Yenlo in 2022. In addition to using Mulesoft for integrations, they also started utilizing Microsoft Azure for developing integrations. This allowed him to enhance their coding skills and explore new possibilities in integration development.

Maikel van Amelsfort completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2020, Associate Mulesoft Developer from MuleSoft in September 2014, MCTS: SQL Server 2005 from Microsoft in December 2006, EPiServer 6.0 – Certified Developer from Episerver in November 2014, and Microsoft CRM Customization from Microsoft in 2004.
