Amanda Ware

Amanda Ware is an accomplished Mathematics Educator currently teaching 8th grade at YES Prep Public Schools since June 2020, where responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and evaluating student performance through various assessments. Prior experience includes serving as a Title 1 Math Interventionist at Catapult Learning and as an Instructor of Record for Communication 114 during graduate studies at Purdue University, where Amanda earned a Master of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Critical Education. Additionally, Amanda has held roles such as Finance Resource Officer for the United States Government, Data Analyst at O'Connor and Associates, and Volleyball Manager at Xavier University of Louisiana. Strong organizational and leadership skills were demonstrated through active participation in the Black Graduate Student Association, focusing on outreach initiatives for students of color.
