Jackie Williams

Jackie Williams is the Head of Customer Success at Yesware. Jackie has been with Yesware since October 2020 and in their current role since November 2021. Prior to their current role, Jackie served as Director of Customer Success, Manager of Account Management, and Strategic Account Manager. Jackie has also been a Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager at Yesware. Prior to joining Yesware, Jackie worked as a Senior Premier Account Manager and Senior MAC Provisioning Analyst at Granite Telecommunications. Jackie began their career at Granite Telecommunications as a MAC Provisioning Analyst Level 1 & Level 2.

Jackie Williams attended Westfield State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Marketing. Jackie also has a certification from Intelligent.ly in the Intelligent.ly Exchange Program.
