Lisa Kidd has over 30 years of experience in human resources management. Lisa has held leadership positions in various companies, including Helen of Troy, NEC Corporation of America, Infosys Limited, HP, VertexOne, Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group, Playtex Products, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Snelling Professional Services ProSearch Recruiting & Staffing.

Lisa'smost recent position was as the Global Chief People Officer at Helen of Troy, where they led a team of 65 HR professionals and was responsible for substantial business transformation and supporting a global workforce.

Prior to that, Lisa was the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Helen of Troy and played a key role in building a dynamic HR team and improving the company's culture and values.

Lisa also served as the Vice President - Human Resources Americas at NEC Corporation of America, where they were an integral driver of the company's turnaround strategy and managed all aspects of HR for 1,200 employees.

Lisa's experience also includes being the Head of Human Resources - Americas Region at Infosys Limited, the Global Director of Human Resources for Worldwide Information Technology Outsourcing at HP, and the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at VertexOne.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated their ability to lead HR teams, drive organizational change, and establish effective HR policies and programs. Lisa has a proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Lisa Kidd earned their BA in Business Administration and Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University from 1984 to 1988. Lisa then pursued an MBA with a concentration in HR Management at Sacred Heart University from 2000 to 2002.
